Having grown up in Houston but spending her 20's in Dubai and London, Rayya is proud to call Texas home again and even more proud to be a resident of Creekside, The Woodlands. Having undergone the stresses of navigating the unprecedented 2020-2022 Real Estate environment in Houston, she thoroughly enjoyed the process and made friends along the way, including other Realtors, inspectors, appraisers, neighbors, escrow officers, and homebuilders.
Seeing beyond the initial aesthetics of beautiful homes, she focused on traffic patterns, length of school pickup lines, inspections (including non-required stucco drilling), access to main fairways during flood events, HOAs, elevation levels in relation to creeks and waterways, drainage work done by MUD or Township after major storms, construction quality (Pex pipes, HVAC zoning and efficiency), and the other details that most people miss. Home Inspections and negotiations are her specialty.

Rayya is committed to continuing education coursework that covers updated legal forms, tax issues, foreign ownership, negotiations and more.
As of 10/14/2022, she is one of 16 licensed Realtors in the North Houston area to attend and pass the test for Residential Mortgage Financing for Realtors.

As part of the BHGRE-The Woodlands office, she recognizes the enormous advantage of being integrated into an office that has consistently been able to achieve a sold price/list price ratio exceeding 100% for their clients over the years.

She graduated from Rice University in 2007. She is an active member at First Presbyterian Church in Houston and is working towards Certification in Counseling from the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors.
